This Welsh recipe was submitted by board member, David L. James.

2 cups milk 2 eggs, well beaten
1/4 tsp. salt 2 tsp. baking powder
T Tbls. sugar 2 Tbls. butter (melted)
1/2 cup currants 2 cups flour

Mix flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.  Set aside.

Mix the eggs, milk and melted butter and combine with the flour mixture, add the currants.

Batter should be thin.  Cook in well-greased crepe pan.

When done, butter and sprinkle with sugar.
